Cancelling a transaction — in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law

Transaction cancellation policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

🇫🇷 Cancellation Conditions (French)

In accordance with Israeli consumer protection law, you may cancel any order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been opened. For perishable and frozen products, cancellation is only possible before shipment. In case of valid cancellation: full refund minus delivery costs. Contact: WhatsApp or our Contact page.

🇮🇱 Transaction Cancellation Policy (Hebrew)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:

• A transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the day the product was received, provided the product has not been opened or used.
• Frozen and perishable food products — cancellation is possible only before the order is shipped.
• For a valid cancellation — full payment will be refunded, minus shipping fees and/or cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price.
• Opened products — cannot be returned.
